RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase!
You are welcome to return your item for a refund within 30 days of purchase as long as the product is in the original condition with all tags attached, intact packaging, and your proof of purchase is included.
How to return
- Visit our returns portal at trendingbeachwear.com.
- Print your order confirmation and include it with your return parcel.
- Pack your item(s) in their original condition — unworn, unmarked, all tags and hygiene seals attached — and ensure any supplier packaging or shoe boxes are in a suitable protective satchel.
- Remove or obscure any old labels on the parcel and affix the pre-paid shipping label if provided.
- Once the return fulfils our policy requirements, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
Return policy details
- Items must be in original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact, unless the item is faulty.
- Supplier packaging and shoe boxes must be returned undamaged and in their original condition unless the product is faulty.
- Face masks cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or the wrong product was sent.
- Earrings and pierced jewellery are only eligible for return or exchange if faulty or incorrect.
- Products sealed for hygiene reasons (such as hair accessories, earphones, beauty/grooming items) must be in original sealed condition unless faulty.
- Swimwear and underwear can only be exchanged/returned for change of mind if in original, clean condition, with tags and protection stickers attached, and returned as a complete set if purchased as a set.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of payment.
- Items discounted and marked with a “faulty reason code” cannot be returned for change of mind or for the original fault specified.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your online order, please place a new order for the new item(s) you’d like, and then follow the return process above on your original order. Your new order will process separately.
International returns
For orders delivered outside of Australia, New Zealand, the United States and the United Kingdom, you are responsible for the full cost of the return to our warehouse. Also, any original shipping costs or duties paid for your order will not be eligible for refund.
Processing time
Once we receive your return and meet the policy requirements, please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.
