Once your order has been placed, we will endeavour to process and ship your order within 24 hours. This does not include weekends or public holidays. During busy promotional or holiday periods, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be shipped.

*Our Same Day Delivery service is available exclusively for select postcodes. Please be informed that your order will be shipped and delivered on the same day if it is placed before 10:45 AM (local time). Any orders placed after this time will be shipped and delivered on the following business day. Same day delivery is available Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. All orders are dispatched with authority to leave, meaning the driver may leave your order in a secure location if no one is available to receive it – please keep this in mind when selecting your delivery method.
Once you place an order with us, you’ll receive an email confirming receipt of your order and letting you know it is being processed. Once your parcel has been picked up by the carrier, you will receive another email to let you know your parcel is on its way. The email will contain a tracking ID and you will be able to view its journey to your delivery location. Please visit https://www.trendingbeachwear.com and enter your tracking number to check delivery status. Depending on the carrier, further communication by email or SMS may follow to update you on your order’s status.
Click & Collect
Your Click & Collect order will be shipped from our online warehouse to your chosen store for collection. The standard shipping charges and timeframes apply for in-store pickups. Once your order has arrived at the store, you will receive a collection notification so you can head in-store to pick up your purchase. Please note our stores can only hold orders for 10 days; after this time a refund will be processed to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs).
Bulky & Flammable Shipping
Once dispatched (average 1 working day), delivery time will depend on the chosen shipping method. If shipped with standard post or road express, average estimated delivery is 3-10 business days (excluding Western Australia**). If express shipping was chosen, the average estimated delivery is 1-4 business days. If you are in a regional or rural area, please allow an additional 3 business days. You will be emailed your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Business Address Deliveries
Yes — your order can be delivered to a residential or business address (just be sure to include the business name). Please note that some couriers may deliver between 7 AM and 9 PM — if ordering to a business address, factor in that there may be an attempted delivery after normal business hours.
When will I receive my tracking information?
Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for it to be dispatched from our online warehouse. Once the order has shipped, you will receive your tracking information via email. Please visit https://www.trendingbeachwear.com and enter your tracking number to track your parcel’s journey.
I made a mistake with my delivery address. What should I do?
Please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible and we will endeavour to have the address amended. If your order has already been processed or shipped and the tracking is active, you may need to contact the carrier directly to update your address before delivery.
